Easy, Creamy, and Delicious Food Processor Guacamole
What happens when you have some avocado, roughly chopped onion, a halved jalapeno, a handful of cherry tomatoes, cilantro, lime, spices and a mini food processor? You have guacamole in about 1 minute! Bonus: It's insanely creamy and delicious too!

Ingredients
2ripeavocados, halved, pitted, and pits reserved
1jalapeno, halved, seeded and deveined
1/2small yellow or red onion, roughly chopped
1/2cupcilantro, rough stems removed
3/4cupwhole cherry tomatoes
3tablespoons lime juice
1teaspoonkosher salt
1teaspoonground cumin
1teaspoonchili powder
1/2teaspoonhot smoked paprika
Instructions
Scoop the avocado into the mini food processor. Process until smooth, approximately 10-seconds.
Place the avocado in a bowl.
Add remining ingredients to the food processor, and process to desired consistency. Stir into the avocado.
Place an avocado pit into the center of the guacamole.
Cover tightly with plastic wrap. Refrigerate until serving. Store in the refrigerator for up to 1 day.
